Results of the International Scientific-practical conference “Food and Feed Technologies”

        On September 21-24, 2021, the annual  International Scientific-practical conference “Food and Feed Technologies” took place in Odesa.
…….The conference was attended by scientists, leaders of the scientific community of most regions of Ukraine and around the world.

     More than 100 industry representatives from 13 food and processing enterprises of Ukraine and other countries gathered for a constructive dialogue – “Bakito Bakery Equipment” LLC, Slovakia, “Odesa bakery №4” LLC, “Krivoozerskaya” LLC, “Slow Piggy” restaurant chain, LLC “Dobrodiya Foods”, Food Safety and Veterinary Medicine Directorate of the Main Directorate of the State Food Service in Odesa region, “ISO BUSINESS STUDIO” LLC from the development and implementation of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, IFS, ISO 9001, chief auditor of food quality and safety management systems products of the international certification body DQS G, “Bureau Veritas Ukraine” LLC, “Kotekna Ukraine Limited” LLC, “Zernova Stolitsa” Group of Companies, !Elevator Equipment Plant”, “Plant of Elevator Equipment” LLC.
……The main areas of work of the International Scientific-practical conference “Food and Feed Technologies 2021” were – discussion of strategic directions for the development of the food and processing industry, food security of Ukraine, the search for promising ways to improve food technologies and ways to improve food safety, organization and planning the effectiveness of solutions to urgent needs Agro-industrial complex of Ukraine in digitalization of business processes.

       The participants summed up the results at the closing of the conference and stated that the topics of the current conference included consideration of the problems of priority development of the food and processing industry, including ensuring the innovative development of industries, the integration of domestic education and science into the international space, and issues of socio-economic and humanitarian development of the country.
……….Considering the importance of the process of reforming the educational and scientific sphere, the connection between science, innovation and business, the need for high-quality effective changes in education, following the results of the International Scientific-practical conference “Food and Feed Technologies”, it was considered necessary to send proposals to the authorities and other relevant stakeholders.
